Weights/workout routine

Looking for something to follow....found so many different ones from googling

This one seems to fit in with what I've got, except kettle bells but thinking could get away with using dumbbells instead

Any others to recommend? Or how to put one together?

Altho the butterfly things are just weird to use and the leg curl attachment not much better
