Weird afterburner crossfire problem

I have a reference VTX3D card and a HIS IEQ turbo card.

No matter which setting combination i use it keeps defaulting to the ICEQ running at 925 and the VTX at 800!

I'm losing my mind.
AB is version 3.0 and both are set as "standard" cards not the boost models (even though the HIS is a boost) from what I see it's about upper voltages but using standard is what I want.

Not going for a monster clock 900-950 is what i'd like but they refuse to clock together correctly.

Any help?

Solved.
Looks like CCC is helping/interfering with the clocks.

As i'm not clocking huge I'll alter CCC and leave AB overlocking off.

If you leave overdrive locked and don't touch CCC then you can just use afterburner for overclocking, like the rest of us. :)

I hadn't activated it as I'd rather use afterburner.

I'll try de-activating it and reboot and see if it makes a difference.

Nope, definitely CCC is taking the lead even with overdrive de-activated. I honestly don't care anyway. I have the cards running a 925 happily so all is good.

If you apply the clocks at startup, then it should be good so long as you leave overdrive alone. You can always tell afterburner to apply your clocks at startup if needed.
