Hi all, I have a pc that was given to me that has a weird issue, It was working fine for a few years and one Windows update in Jan this year did not update first time was was run again and went on ok. After this the system runs and starts fine except when I try and open a browser either Chrome or Edge some times it will open 1-2-3 pages and then I get errors or the page wont load (will add pics and video at end) Since I have had it I have wiped the hard drive, reinstalled windows 11 and it did the same thing so I then installed Windows 10 and same issue. I changed the HD which is a M.2 and and reinstalled windows 10 still same issue, I have swapped the GPU (which is a 3090) to a rtx 580 as It is a known working card, still same issue. It has 2 sticks of ram 2x8gig have removed one at a time with no difference. I dont have another cpu or motherboard to test, is there a way a test either of these.
