Weird clicking sound

Hey ppl,
as the title say i keep getting a clicking sounds every time is start my computer up. it happen during the windows load up then stops, starts again and then doesnt come back at all until i start it up again.
as far as i know, computers shouldnt make weird noises... so this is concerning me a little. ive checked to see if its loose wiring but everything is plugged in properly. it sounds like its coming from the front of the case (ive got an antec sonata I) so im thinking maybe its related to the hard drive

anybody have any idea what it could be and what i should do about it.

ok, where do i get this test for hard drive health?
also i dont have any discs in any of the drives, i did think of that so i tried it my removing everything from it.
il have a look at the bios but as far as i know no one has changed any bios settings, and the clicking has only started happening this week, and in that time ive not even looked at the bios details.

ok i had a look at the bios thing and its all normal as far as i understand, the floppy option at the bottom as you suggested gilbern
still made the clicking sound on restarting
 
ok weirdly the noise has gone now.... spooky!!
and thanks for the tip on speedfan, i found it now and its a really useful piece of kit
