Some time ago, my older steam account got banned for, apparently, fraud. I tried contacting Valve, they didn't actually told me what to do till the 3rd email (I had no idea what's happening) and told me to contact my bank to withdraw charges for something I never bought, therefore there was no charges, at all. I told VALVe about that, but they didn't care and left my account banned. Swear to god it went like that. Dont ask me WTF because I have no idea.

I only had HL on it so it was ok, I guess.

Now I got a new steam account, and im afraid. Since I used same contact details and name on the last account as the new one, won't they ban me again ?
Im scared buying any games on it incase they ban me again and their reasoning will be that I haven't sorted out the last Fraud case. Im using a different CC aswell.

Should I be afraid ?

Not really, use steamguard and never pay using paypal and you should be fine. Steam bans accounts when they chargeback after buying a game and most of the time thats done via paypal.

I wouldnt be afraid..you will be fine I imagine. But for peace of mind you could just use a new email to register the account to.

Ok so I just went on and bought L4D2, email is different than last account, but what still worries me that I still use the same address and name, etc, but different bank and obviously CC.

Why im worried is that I never tried to bother sending them more mails so I didnt get unbanned on last account, and they might do some checks if fraudsters (lol) are making accouunt with same details to keep banning them

I wouldn't worry. I've never heard of Valve banning accounts just because they're owned by someone who had another account banned. The banning process is mostly automatic, and is normally triggered by dodgy transactions such as charge-backs on a specific account.
