Hi. I have a weird cracking nosie coming from i think my graphic card, Inno Ichill 980 Ti Ultra 3x. This usually happens as the system is coming out of load or going into load. That whenever I start ( pc heating up ) or exit a game ( cooling down ). Just a tick... tick... tick... But it seems to go away during gameplay.
For 100% its not fans. I have opened case, without panels. I think its coming from gpu backplate but i am not sure. But after game i immediately turn off computer and turn off power cord. And there was still single ticking coming from case. It can gpu material expanding or what?
please help.
Thx.

My pc:
case - Cooler Master Centurion 590
8gb ram
4790K
Corsair 750 RM
Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2
Inno Ichill 980 Ti Ultra OC 3x

It sounds a bit too regular to me to be heat expansion but who knows, have you tried removing the graphics card? you'll know for definite if it's that then. I'd check for any wires close to fans.

Every particle has an antiparticle with the same mass but the opposite electric charge. The proton has the negatively charged antiproton; the electron has the positively charged anti-electron, or positron.

Neutral particles can have antiparticles, too. The neutron might have no charge, but quarks - the smaller particles that make it up - do. Turn these quarks into antiquarks by flipping their charges, and you've made an antineutron.

But after game i immediately turn off computer and turn off power cord. And there was still single ticking coming from case even with all fans off. It can gpu material expanding or what?

You need to RMA the card if you think the ticking is coming from it.
