This problem has occurred twice in the past 2 days. My internet connection has just gone dead and I am even unable to enter my router homepage. I am with Ace internet and logged a call with them at first but they have done line checks and no probs there. I have done a full reset of the router and still nothing, I just got a message saying I had limited connectivity. I am using marvell yukon lan on a dfi ultra d mb (never had any probs before) and have also tried the nvidea lan with the same problem. I have the latest firmware and lan drivers as well. The only way I could finally get a connection was change the speed & duplex option on the marvell yukon to 10 Mbps half duplex.
I was able to get back on the net but as soon as I put it back to auto sense the router went down again. I left it off for a couple of hours and now it's working again with the auto sense option on.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Is my router on it's way out? Any help appreciated.
