Weird fan problem with new build.

Got a weird problem with a PC I built today, I5-2400 and a Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V

When I turn the PC on the CPU fan moves slightly and never moves again, but if I press the reset button straight away it jumps into life.

Any ideas whats causing this please?

Have you double checked the power/reset/LED cables are on the correct pins?
