Weird gpu display issue

Hi all, first I realise not many if any will be using a similar setup however has anybody else experienced any boot issue with vega when having 2 display port cables and a hdmi 2.0 plugged in at the same time during boot. The cables are all tested and working, the only cable active during boot is the 1 display port connected to an aoc g2460pf, which is vsrd to 40k120hz. The only way I can get it to boot is to unplug the hdmi 2.0 cable which is connected to a Denon avr 2300, connected to a Philips 43 6403. All hdcp 2.2 compliant.
Once booted I duplicated the TV and monitor at 4k with no issues; apart from hdcp in Windows is reported as unsupported, but it is and confirmed on a shield tv(seems to be a Windows bug). The second display port is a dp to hdmi 2 adaptor for the rift which again is not active during boot or even active in the above scenario. Apologies if this is in the erong section but it appears to be a gpu issue.

Edit: specs added for clarity.

What happens when you have all of the display cables plugged in? Does it boot, but just give a black screen?
If that's what happens then you might just need to set the main screen, the login prompt might be showing on a non active output. Try logging in like usual when it's booted but the screen is black - wait a bit, press space, wait a sec then type your password and press enter.

No it doesn't appear to post, I get 1 beep as normal then it's dead (no hdd activity either), checked all displays and non have a signal. In order to work again I have to power off, unplug the hdmi then power on and after boot replug the hdmi.i also tried as you said not long after I noticed the issue with no luck, tried team viewer and tee machine is not listed as powered on, tried rdp to wth no luck. Deffinetly appears to not be posting.

Try disabling all the hardware you can in the bios to see if it's down to contention for pre boot memory. The Vega might be wanting more when it has more plugged in. E.g disable net oprom booting.
Have you got another pc to try it in? Can you borrow one if not?

cheers the for the reply, i will take a look at at the oprom booting first, i dont recall seeing an option for net oprom booting but its worth a look.
