I initially set up HDMI over Ethernet using the HP Elite Small Form Factor 600 G9 Desktop PC. The PC is connected to an HDMI over Ethernet unit with 1 HDMI out to a nearby TV then 1 Ethernet out to the HDMI receiver. This set up worked perfectly.
Ideally I could do with a smaller computer as the Desktop PC looked a little unsightly. I ordered the HP Elite Mini 600 G9 Desktop PC and it refuses to work on the Ethernet TV. The HDMI connected TV is fine.
Does anyone have any suggestion as to what might be causing the issue? The spec is almost identical but it refuses to transit the HDMI signal from the mini desktop over Ethernet. I plug the Desktop PC back in and it works fine.
Many thanks
