board 0 line 0 channel 0, call 28, C02 Call Terminated

i see stuff like this come up in the router log when it happens.. its weird coz all throughout the day my connection is usually fine,... then at about 4-6PM it starts disconnecting wildly until the next morning... anyone got a clue what the problem could be or is it all on pipex's end?.. iv emailed them loads of times over the last few months about it but they just send generic crap copy/paste emails back

Thanks in advance

Petros

btw im using a ZyXEL router (Prestige 660H-61)
