Hi guys,
The MD at work has an iPhone 4 and we are having issues getting his exchange account loaded on to his phone. When we try to add it we are getting an error along the lines that it is unable to verify the account details. The weird thing is I am able to put his exchange account on to my phone without any issues and I can get my own personal POP3 account on to his phone too without any problems.
Both of the phones are running the same version of iOS, I have spoken to T-Mobile who is his carrier and got them to send a sim-refresh down and that didn't fix it either. When I spoke to Apple they suggested doing a restore and using the back-up which I have done but the same issue persists which leads me to believe that there could be something wrong with the settings maybe that the back-up will always carry across.
Anyone have any ideas of what I could look for? If not we have a spare iPhone 4 he can use but I would need to know of a way to copy his contacts from the old phone to the do phone.
Cheers
