Weird issue after power supply problem

Hi guys, sorry to post this up in here but haven't a clue to this issue and abit concerned.

Awhile back I had a power supply problem and replaced with a new one. Now, randomly my pc fans speed up rapidly and then decreases back to normal? Doesn't seem to be over heating and even happens when it's idling? And this all happens in a few seconds.

Any ideas?

In all honesty though not a clue, fans hooked up to the mobo or a fan controller?

Your cpu fan might be due a clean.

i would say give the fans a clean and the heatsink as well also check bios C&Q settings
