Hi guise

Here be my wireless adapter: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-023-TP&groupid=46&catid=1600&subcat=2033

I've had this for a few months now and it has been working fine until recently. Every half/hour, its disconnects from the router. It definitely isn't signal strength, because I always have 4 or 5 'bars'. Also, the router is still shown the list of wireless networks, with a good signal. I can't connect to it for about 1 minute. I'm pretty sure it isn't the routers problem b/c it doesn't happen to any other device. I'm yet to try the adapter in another computer.

I have the latest drivers from the website etc.

Could anyone help?

I've had this issue with a D-Link adapter once, it just randomly came on. The latest drivers didn't fix it, the earliest drivers were what worked for me. Have you made sure there's nothing near the adapter which may be causing any interference with the signal?

Do you get the same issue if you revert back to using the windows driver it installs.

You have to use the adapter with the supplied drivers.

About the drivers, it seems that there is only one version. The one from the TP Link website is the same as what it's shipped with.

I have it positioned next to my PC speakers, but I don't think they interfere. Also, we have no wireless CECT device (landline) which apparently cause a lot of interference.
