Weird issue, with 2 graphics cards not displaying an image with the left most display port on each graphics card.

Was just trying my new graphics card upstairs on my second pc, and came across the this issue with 2 graphics cards not displaying an image with the left most display port on each graphics card both on same monitor.
If I try another port, each card works fine.

It seems unlikely that both ports on each GPU are faulty.
Any explanations.

Just going to try the left most display port on my other monitor.

read somewhere that the BIOS sometimes only displays in order on ports.. have you left it for as a minute to see if windows comes up eventually

Thanks Kurgen, I think that was the issue, tried my upstairs computer on my downstairs monitor and it displayed an image when using the left most DP port. I then tried again upstairs and it worked this time.
I think you are right, I just don't think I waited long enough for it to display an image.
