Got my board plugged it all in etc, pressed the power button and it sprung into life but rather than restarting its just shutting down

So when im getting through the end of the windows installation and it asks you to restart its just shutting down.

I updated the bios to latest one on msi's site

rest of spec (need to update sig)

MSI P67A-GD65
Intel i5 2500k
2x4gb Corsair XMS3 1600mhz c9
Corsair HX650
Gigabyte gtx460 1gb soc
OCZ Vertex 2e 120gb
Samsung F3 1tb
Win7 Pro x64

Just wondering if theres some setting in the bios i need to change, tbh i never thought about manually setting anything if thats whats needed

yeah ive just tried that, pulled psu leads and battery and left it whilst i nipped to tesco :)

will try again now, next will be to remove mobo which is going to be a pita as ive routed all my cables already lol

sorted, unplugged all the front panel connectors and used the onboard ones and its fine, ive got them tucked under the board, maybe they were shorting?

hmmm odd it came back last night, ive read on the msi forums and someone has a similar issue but no idea what the cause is
