weird issue with my nc10

Was just using my nc10 and thee battery got as low as 7% I grabbed the charger and put it in, (didn't realise it wasn't powered on at the plug) I kept going with it, look at the tv, look back and its completely off. It's now not charging either so I can't power it on? Any ideas what's a fault or anyone had this with theirs? I assume its the battery failing after the cycle?

Leave it charge and just keep trying, holding in power button, refitting battery etc.

I think it's unlikely the battery would just have failed. I have many devices that after a full discharge behave a little funnily at first.

thing is the charge light doesnt come on?

I have a Acer lappy, if I run it flat, then connect the charger, it always takes around 10 minutes before the charging light start come on.

Had the lappy checked, tried a different battery, just a strange quirk it has.
