weird issues. pls help

ok on loading up windows xp i now have a strange problem, all my icons load the dissapear, i dont know what i have done, i also have lost all my start bar and process icons too.




pls sort me out.

I take it you have tried running task manager and running a new task - explorer.exe ?

If that doesnt work, you may need to repair many key windows files by running the command prompt and typing scannow sfc. If it comes up with missing files, make sure you have your windows cd at the ready

this actually worked.

the new task think but they keep flashing up then theyre gone then theyre back well you get the picture.
