Weird Laptop Keyboard Issue

I have a Samsung NP355V5C-A04UK which I use generally and for a little bit of light Gaming. A few weeks back i noticed that after about 5 minutes of use the keyboard will stop working entirely, the touchpad and buttons are un-effected but the keyboard is completely dead.

If i go into Control Panel > Keyboard and change the keyboard settings or restart the laptop, the keyboard starts working for five minutes then will stop again. I have run virus scan (avast) and malware software (malwarebytes) and they have not found anything.

Any good fellows here seen or heard of these issues ? the only thing i feel i can try now is a windows recovery.

i get an issue with my alienware m17xr4 where when it heats up either through gaming or intensive programs a diagonal row of keys stop working and won't start working again until its cooled down!
any chance yours could be a heat related issue?

Yes, thats must be heat related, temperature the only thing changes with time while used
