Weird Memory Problem?

Someone asked this on another forum...got some memory problems ...well I dunno if it is or not...but can someone tell me if this is right or wrong.

Now he as using windows vista, with 512MB RAM (it can't be onboard graphics using this much can it).

He has a 512 stick and the onboard graphics is using 130mb of that according to the images posted, so whats the problem?...

The problem is ...I didn't think onboard graphics could use 130mb of memory...thought it was only allowed upto 64mb of onboard system memory. 130mb is just a funny amount to use.
