Seems to have just started today and pops up randomly every 10 mins or so, its the wmiprvse.exe, and windows says it needs to close it, nothing happens after that and everything goes on as normal. I have tried a spyware sweep but noting. On close inspection it seem to be part of windows, however why its started opping up now is weird as i havent made any hardware changes atall.

Not a good thing to have problems with the WMI Process, although you say it's running fine for the moment though which is a good thing.
When you say it pops up are we talking the standard windows, "this application has encountered an error and must be closed, send report to micrososft, yaddiyadda"?
