You think it is weird someone phoned you?
If you react to phone calls in such a manner, then I guess you are weird.

You could have said you were in and found out everything for yourself.

Did you read the post? If it were someone i knew i would have had a conversation. However i presumed it was someone trying to sell me something and could not be bothered talking.

Why are you asking us?

As I understand it someone you didn't know called you and asked for you by name. Instead of asking what they wanted, how they got your name and number you told them Scott wasn't in and you want us to answer these questions for you. Have I got that right?
