Weird pixels after POST

Hi guys when I boot my computer as soon as I get past the POST screen I get these weird pixels at the top of my screen :/ this has just started happening after I rebooted my computer. I'm guessing its hoy related but I'm not 100% sure any ideas ?? Thanks guys

If this is a 7950, then it seems to be a common problem (to do with the 2D clocks)

It is yeah I can't believe I didn't say what it was :/ noob mistake. It's an MSi 7950 twin Frozr III OC.

Are there any fixes for this ? Or am I pretty done for :/

I think you will need to RMA it but let others confirm first. My memory isn't so good.
