So i started having this problem yesterday and thought it may of been my GTX 980 or something related with drivers for it, so uninstalled them and reinstalled them all but still didn't fix it.
I reset windows 10 install back to default, so nothing was installed only windows 10 as a "clean" install. Now this problem isn't permanent and only occurs occasionally but its really annoying, it also worries me because it could be my GFX card dying, which is only 3 months old.

As you can see it onlt lasted until i closed the window and reopened a new one.
So does anyone get/had this and does anyone know what causes it?
