Weird problem when trying to order

Hi, I'm getting an error when I try to confirm an order-

I get to this page.
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/orderconfirm.php

I fill in the Security Code and click confirm order and then I see this.

"Sorry, but the payment process has failed. Response: (100) Timeout reading from socket"

Any ideas?
