Weird problem with afterburner

What do you guys think is causing this vertical, multicoloured bar when I use afterburner?

Here's a video of the problem:

Any help much appreciated.

Yes, made no difference, I should probably also mention that it doesn't happen in every game.
Also tried re-installing drivers and stuff to no avail.

Edit: It appears to be caused by RivaTuner, as disabling it stops the problem.
