A few months back, I got an AMD RX580 and installed it into my HTPC, which is a Core i5 3470 running on an Intel DQ77MK motherboard. Before that I had a GTX960 that worked flawlessly.
With this RX580 I've noticed that when booting up, I get 'static' on my TV connected via HDMI. When the machine loads windows, the display returns and the card functions normally - and I can game on it without any issues - no artifacts etc.
Any ideas what could be causing this weird behaviour? It also seems that if the drivers aren't installed in Windows, it will do the same thing when booted into windows.
