Weird screen "residue" every few days.

This might seem a little strange but I have a new LG monitor.

Every few days, no matter how carefully I clean the screen, or if using a specific screen cleaner, pure 0ppm water, screen wipes etc and get it so the screen is absolutely 100% perfectly clean, after a few days when showing a black screen you can see a very thin film thats almost oily in the way it behaves.

Any ideas?
