weird shoe guy

I finish work the other day and go down to get my bike that's in the basement. When I get there I find a strange man taking photos of my shoes. I have been down a few more times and hes there taking more photos.
What should I do???

Take photos of his shoes, that will show him. How can you find a guy "there" taking photos of your shoes, did you leave them with your bike?

Seriously, when threads like this come up, I can't get my head around how this scenario played out in total silence. You walked back to your bike. A man is there photographing your shoes. He looks up at you. You look back at him. Without saying a word, you put your shoes on and ride home, where you post about it.

Is that really how it happened? You didn't confront him at all?
