The girlfriend and myself have our own pc connected to the internet through a router. We both also have separate Steam Accounts which have only every been used on our own computers.
Today I bought The Last Remnant for a rather decent price of £20. So, I start installing it, naturally assuming that the Steam window that comes up for the install is linking to my account (no account name was visible), put in the key code. Then as soon as the actual install screen pops up and the game starts installing, up pops Steam search with the girlfriends user account. It doesn't really make sense and the only thing I can think of is it's used the last connection for a Steam account from our IP address.
Seems like I am stuck with it linked to her user account though which could be a real pain.
