Ok guys and gals ive set up my new 775Dual vsta board with a lot of stuff from my old AMD setup, but ive only got an increase of 300 approx over my old rig :/ what havent I setup right? Also for some reason 3dmark03 is telling me my x800xt now has 512mb memory when it only had 256mb b4 :/ and yes I know im using 3dmark03(what a stupid **** shoot him now lol) but its the version i registered away back then :)

My new rig is:-
Intel Core 2 DUO E6400 (at stock with standard fan)
Asrock 775 Dual vsta
Radeon x800xt (at stock at mo 499.50----499.50)
1GB Geil pc3500 golden dragon 433mhz 184pin
rest of my hardware is in my sig.

Can any1 spot a problem or maybe recommend bios options that I should check or OC I should do that would be ok for a complete novice in OC to do?

Could it just be that your X800XT is max'd out. You'll be needing a faster video card to match the new CPU.

And the ORB compare page lists your card as:-
X800 Series
256Mb
520MHz GPU
596MHz Ram

Yeah I know the older test I have my x800 slightly Oc'd but I thought with this new cpu setup my score would be higher. But also the new test shows my x800 as 512mb

K my system just seems to be a little sluggish compared to my old spec, any1 got any idea or anything I should check/adjust in bios?

I dl 3dmark06 and it took like a minute to complete xfer after it hit 100% dl

wtf my dls have never done that

I have cpuz and everest installed if any1 wants pics of any of my setup let me know
