Hmm, so it seems to have gone swimmingly so far backing up nicely.
Today, I decided to exclude a folder in my Documents folder (the VMware subfolder containing VMs). When I plugged in the Time Machine disk, it wouldn't back ANYTHING up. It didn't find anything new but I definitely know there two movie files that I just added.
When I removed the VMware folder from the exclusions box, it then trotted off and did 9GB worth.
Any ideas or is this one for the Apple forums?
