Weird Ubi site

Very odd, does it do anything other than spout random text on those feeds at the side? And show the mans face
 
If you click on the 'jsf28555833-80604722' bold text in the left hand smaller text column it points you to a random forum...there's a lot of speculation and stuff but probably points to the next Splimter Cell game I imagine?

EDIT: you can click the bold text that sometimes scrolls up in the right hand column and other wierd stuff happens, lol
