I've seen a weird issue on reasonable spec XP machines (dual core, 4gb ram) where for some reason occasionally right clicking stops working, and the start menu gets shortened to the top three buttons (Windows update, Set Program Defaults and something else, basically anything over the divider that separates the microsoft shortcuts from the expandable menus.
The only thing I can do is remotely restart the PC, and I just can't seem to find a fix. Any ideas?
