Weird YouTube issue

[Django x2]

Lately, when watching a YouTube clip, no matter where I click on the seek bar (like to skip ahead or whatever), the bar time moves, but the video restarts from the beginning.

Any ideas?

Flash upgrade required?
Slow internet connection, video not buffering.

Try clearing cache cookies, and doing a registry scan, could be an ActiveX or COM issue.
