It is my great pleasure to announce our newest don.

After spending a long apprenticeship as an Underboss, having served countless cups of tea, pointing out things we'd missed, and laughing at our mistakes we thought it time to turn him loose, would everyone please say hello to Don Maccy
 
Welcome! Its definitely a good thing to see you were an underboss first, You atleast have a good idea of how things work around here. I just fell in one morning on the way in from work... still a little lost now :)
