Hi peeps...
So prepare yourself for this one....."Hes still using a Q6600

"
I have a rig in the house that my son (8) uses for things like roblox and homework. He's is starting to take a bit more notice of gaming so i want to upgrade the rig for him to progress with but obviously doesn't need to be a powerhouse for the latest FPS titles.
Can you tell this was thrown together with spare parts
Parts going in the bin:
CPU - Intel Q6600 (Finally dragged all the life i can from this amazing cpu)
Mobo
Ram
Parts to keep:
Samsung Evo SSD
1TB Seagate HDD
HX620 PSU
Coolermaster Case
Parts up for debate:
Asus Strix GTX960 2GB
Any suggestions for the upgrades to make?
Budget £400 but don't wish to overbuy on parts considering the limited use of the machine. HEnce the GPU being up for debate.
