Well done overclockers uk.

Well done to OC:cool: and i'd never use the winner prices are no better the customer support is rubbish i had a very bad experience with them:mad: so even if they had every thing cheaper than OC i'd still stick with OC;)

Customer service has always mattered :D

Very well done guys. A well deserved set of commendations - not that I ever had any problems with you ever ANYWAY :)

Only ever bought one duff product, and you refunded that no probs, courteously and within time-scales that were acceptable to me. I sometimes thing that the transparency that forums give just magnifies things out of context - after all, you ether get a short sweet note to say thanks for the good service, or war-and-peace on why your company is the work of the devil.

Anyway, I applaud you OCUK, and you remain on my list of computer stockists regularly checked out. When those 6 numbers come in, I'd like to share the love with you... :)

To be honest I've never seen what the bad "press" with OcUK was about before, considering that out of all of the online computer shops that I use, OcUK is one of two that I've never had a problem with. The winner actually double charged and sent out TWO shipments of the same order (all components for a system I was building at the time, i5 750, GTX460), when we had explicitly told them to cancel, and never gave them permission to charge to the account. It was quickly sorted, but that's really not the point.

OcUK have been brilliant with amending my orders in the past, and I think I've done a return or two with them as well. I do wish the normal prices were more inline with the competition, though the weekly deals' focus on the most popular items does make this a semi-moot point.
