I just finished Portal and wanted to recommend it to all you guys. It may only take the smarted of you a few hours to complete but theres plenty of Acheivments and bonuses to unlock, it makes you think in a truly new way and it has the very best end game sequence I have ever seen.

This game honestly had me in frustration, elation and most of all stitches for about 4 hours. I can whole heartedly recommend this game to you, especially if you have a slightly dark sence of humour.

Any comments welcome...

Did you manage to avoid the 'fake' ending? Friend of mine died and actually thought it WAS the end.

I had problem with Steam games and sound when I got this and ended up playing the entire game without sound!

I really out to play it with sound some time since I missed out on the entire story.

Yeah definitely replay it with the sound on, especially the ending!

I only played a few levels.. got really bored of it - also probably couldn't be bothered trying to work it out

Its not really that complicated, just a bit harder than your average UT2k4 style shooter, thats all. I would seriously suggest trying it again! How far did you get? Did you get to having both 'modes' in the Portal gun?

I loved Portal, I thought it was a unique, original and funny game. We need to see more of it. It was the perfect length too, although I know some will disagree with me.

Hehe, I had exactly the same problem, I loved it without though so Decided to play it again with straight after, brilliant
