i was taking my pc apart today to clean out all the dust and when taking out the gpu i slip and dissalined one of the pins in the pciex16 slot :( luckly the card still works but i need help deciding what new motherboard to get i am reluctent to spend >£100. but it has to support crossfire and i would like a z68 board so i can use my 30gb ssd for ssd carching thanks

Can't see why you are thinking of replacing when you stated the card works fine. Can't you bend it back or anything?

Or did you want to change boards anyway?

plus it might work i will go and fetch a screw driver :P

Ah I see. The card is fine but the slot isn't picking the card up.

It shouldn't be too tricky to align the contact more or less back to where it should be and provided the contact wasn't shorting out to another contact when you cycled the power no lasting damage should have occured.
