I had one of the finest pieces of customer service ever today and thought I'd share!

I RMAd my crucial V4 through Overclockers, not only was there no quibbling, but the replacement was out the door the day they received my faulty one. I received it this evening (on time within the 1 hour window give by the tracking!) and the final win... a little surprise inside the package...
