WELL AKSHUALLY there was another coup and my Mum and Dad had to get out in 1979.
Just had my Sister here and she saw my email notification with Nigeria on "What's that about?".
Her advice and she has way more experience than me, is to stay well away.

I've always said that one day I would write a book about my experiences in Nigeria.
Every now and then I come out with a story with folk and I can see they don't really believe me
eg
My Mum was going through the only traffic lights in Port Harcourt and got flagged down by a Policeman.
He said she hadn't used her 'going forwards lights' and it cost her 10 Naira to get away from him
@firstborn may already know the meaning of 'dash', the ex pat workers were paid 20% more because of it.
