We are becoming a pay as you go society, or subscription based society.
Council are starting to get addicted to this style of revenue generation.
I just think it's just getting to much, constant micro payment living.
When it starts in London, you know it would end up nationwide after a few years.

One person proposes idea with 100 signatures that council has to consider.

Well if always starts like this, and eventually end ups nationwide.

100 people want something. The whole country gets it. Yep, that's how things work.

That is how it works in this country, even if the majority do not want it.
They start off implementing something small, in one area, then it expands.

TBH I think this is the sort of nonsense which would only work in London.

If they start using up urban green spaces and countryside to become a pay as you go space that would suck.
