Not exactly a natural salesman, are you wazza

. Successful meeting threads involve a) a little more enthusiasm and b) a leader's attitude in suggesting a time and date, with a bit of a be-there-or-else approach.

It would also be nice if people thought there was a chance of the organiser himself actually showing up

.

So in the theme of this thread, I might come if I'm not washing my hair

Since there are going to be about 3 OcUK'ers attending, I'll plump for a famous Midlands biker town / location - Stratford Upon Avon / Long Marston airfield so that there'll be other bikes there too

To be honest I'm not worried where the meetup is, as long as there are nice roads

We're not that far from Wales and some of the best roads going, you can do a decent run out to the elan valley and back at a nice pace without riding till your backside dies.

Wolves to Elan valley comes in around 80 miles one way so nothing massively long, it's mid Wales.

June would be a good month to do this or even late May. Any ideas on dates yet Wazza? Might have my dad tag along if he is free too
