Hi,

I have some of these cables on WD drives and both cables don't seem to fit flush in the hole on to the back of the driver. The right side is fine but the left isn't flush. Is that just the way they are made?

They should fit flush to the hard drive,i have a Raptor x.

You shouldnt need to push hard. Is it a SATA drive?

Yes it's a SATA drive - I'm not going to push harder then I have to. I just wondered why the left seemed to not lay 100% flush with the back of the connector - seeing as it seems to be like this on both my drives I figured it was the way they were designed. Maybe not though. I'm using WD drives as well by the way.

I dont know why its not working never hade a problem with WD as they very good make.

I've never had a problem either in the past - never used the secure connect connection type before mind. I'll take the drives out tonight and have a look
