We've noticed you're using an ad blocker...

What is a good website to test all these EU cookie, adblock messages and whatnot? Currently trying out 1blocker on iOS... Adblock Plus is really limited.

The Youtube app is so irritating on iOS as you can watch a 1 hour or so podcast and 2 - 3 lots of ads interrupt it. Low dialogue to loud music for god sake!

I have posted about this before and no-one seems to have an answer, but how the hell do you get rid of these? They're the pop-ups of Web 2.0, and they're in-frame (inside of a tab/page) so a popup blocker doesn't work for these

Even the ones that aren't strictly adverts (like BBC News 'breaking') are damn annoying, both mobile and desktop.

The BBC one often annoys me.

This type of popups are pain, especially the ones that ask you to sign up to an email list.

If you need adverts to keep your website going then your website is bad or your content is even worse.

Adds are a scourge of crap product.

You can't even access Tweaktown now unless you disable your adblocker so I just avoid the site now.

Anti-adblock seems to solve that. I can access while running UBlock Origin with anti-adblock, and ghostery. Using Opera's built in adblocker however will trigger the fullscreen message.

Does nobody take advantage of the 'Adblock warning' and the 'Anti-adblock' filters in uBlock?

As for those pop-up abomnations that Pawnless Endgame mentioned above, I simply block those with the element picker.

Some browsers rig the game, for example AdBlock Plus on safari is impaired by browser itself and even uBlock on Safari will not remove "Suggested Post" spam on facebook no matter what lists you use.

If the website blocks me from using it because i have ad blocker on i just go elsewhere, greedy websites trying coin it in.

Only seen 1 site that denies access to adblockers and that's Forbes. The rest of the internet is spit between those that ask you to turn it off and those that don't.
