what 24 inch LED

What do you want to use it for? Is colour accuracy important to you? Viewing angles or refresh rate? What budget to you have?

There are many good 24" monitors around for different jobs and recommendations will be better served by knowing what you want it to use it for.
 
Bit of photo editing, little bit of films and a smidge of games.

Looking for great colours IPS panel and good viewing angles, at the moment in the process of returning the iiyama 27 led ips as it has too much light bleed.
 
If you've got your own calibration stuff then the Dell P2414H is a decent option, if not then the factory calibrated but slightly more expensive Dell U2414H is a reasonable pick.

I doubt you'd be able to find much better for the money, though if you're doing photo editing you maybe want a 1920*1200 instead of a 1920*1080? Films and games are fine at 1080p though :)
