What 2gb kit?

I am looking to upgrade my RAM from 1gb to 2gb as that seems to be the going rate at the moment.

What should I got for around the £130-£150 mark?

- GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC3200 Value
- G.Skill 2GB DDR ZX PC3200 (2x1GB) CAS2 Dual Channel Kit
- G.Skill 2GB DDR HS PC3200 (2x1GB) CAS2.5 Dual Channel Kit
- Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200PT TwinX
- Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX

Whats the real difference between the two G-Skill range? Only thing I can see is one is CAS2 and the other is CAS2.5, would this make a huge difference in mainly - Gaming?

Also, the above Corsair, is the difference only is the CAS?

I would go for that for tight timings.

G.Skill is also very good, as are Corsair.

ocz here. Excellent memory, fast and stable with no comparibility issues that I've found.

If you can get RAM with tight timings for similar dosh, then do so. It'll give you a little boost, but a boost nonetheless.

Iv'e had Geil and Cosair, a personal opinion would have to be Geil. Best 2GB out of them both. Geil comes with heat spreaders aswell for the same price as the Cosair ones.

What 2gb kit?
