What 360 games should I get?

Hi, I currently have:

Test Drive Unlimited
Gears Of War
Saints row
Fight Night Round 3

I love all three games, but I want a few more games i.e

1, A proper racing game unlike tdu, with tracks etc but I dont like pgr3! (well it's ok but i prefer something better), when is Forza 2 coming out?

2, I want a proper fighting game! But I dislike DOA, is there anything like tekken on the 360 or something coming soon?

3, Multiplayer games!! - I don't mean the xbox live kind but the kind where I have my mates next to me and I can play and have a blast with, what you reckon?

Virtua Fighter 5's coming to the 360 soon. I've always preferred the VF series of games to Tekken, which I find it's closer to than DOA.

Fuzion Frenzy 2 came out on the 360 recently. This is basically a load of small multiplayer games, ideal for having a few mates round.
