What 2GB or 4GB memory do you recomend for a ASUS P5W board ?

Hi wanting 2GB or 4GB for visa fot up £200 to spend what do you recomend ?

The memory is running at 800 Mhz and my 6420 is OC'd to 3.2GHz. I've not tried going any further at the moment as I'm happy with the performance v quietness of the PC.
